Public Notice This is to inform the general public that the owners Keshu Bhai Kanjibhai Patel, Darshak Bhai Keshu Bhai Patel and Shaimex Keshu Bhai Patel have applied for a title clearance certificate for a plot of 2782 sq. m. (Final Plot No. 82), situated in the village of Raysan, Taluka Gandhinagar, District Gandhinagar (Zone-2). The plot is part of TP Scheme No. 18 (Kudasana-Randesan-Raysan) and was originally a farmland of 4249 sq. m. (Survey No. 135). The owners claim to have full ownership, possession and enjoyment of the land, free from any encumbrances. If anyone has any claim, right, interest, share, demand, or encumbrance of any kind on the said land, they should inform us in writing, along with necessary proof, within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice at the address below. If no such information is received, it will be assumed that there is no claim, right, interest, share, demand, or encumbrance of any kind by any person on the said land and we will issue a title clearance certificate for the said land.
