Public Notice The owners of the land measuring 9611 sq.m. in Survey/Block No. 986 of the village Rethal, Taluk - Sanand, District - Ahmedabad, have applied for a Title Clearance Certificate for the said property. They have informed us that the said land is free from all encumbrances. This land is owned and possessed by (1) Champaben, widow of Keshavlal Kamabhai (2) Haribhai Keshavlal (3) Chandubhai Keshavlal (4) Dilipbhai Keshavlal (5) Kokiben Keshavlal (6) Hansaben Vasudevbhai Panchal (7) Sunitababen Vasudevbhai Panchal (8) Jagrutibaben Vasudevbhai Panchal (9) Komalben Vasudevbhai Panchal and (10) Jitendrabhai Vasudevbhai Panchal. If any company, firm, organization, corporation, bank, or any other person has any kind of encumbrance on the said land, or any kind of right, interest or share in the said land based on any document, agreement, memorandum of agreement, power of attorney, mortgage, or any other document, they are requested to inform us in writing with documentary evidence within 7 (seven) days of the publication of this notice at the address mentioned below through registered post AD. If they fail to do so, it will be assumed that there is no right, interest or share of any kind on the said land, and all such rights will be deemed to be permanently waived (waived) in favour of the owners of the said land.
