This is to inform the public that Kailas Reality Private Limited (Registration No. U45208GJ2016PTC086394, Date 09-03-2016), Registered Office - Kailas Rejoice - 2, F.P. - 96/25, Nana Chiloda, Ahmedabad - 382330, has acquired a total of 6858 sq.m out of 14569 sq.m of land located in Chiloda (Naroda) village, Gandhinagar Taluka and Ahmedabad District, survey number - 146. This land has been allotted as sub-plot number - 02, covering 4115 sq.m on the south side of final plot number - 108, encompassing 8741 sq.m. This plot is part of Draft Town Planning Scheme No. 241 (Nana Chiloda). This land is now incorporated into Jaino Samavesh City Survey Ward - Chiloda (N) (Non-Agricultural) as City Survey Number - NA146. The said company owns and possesses this land, including the survey number, final plot number, and city survey number, which are non-agricultural, completely and independently, without any encumbrance. We have received a request for a certificate confirming the clarity and marketability of the company's title to this land. Therefore, any individual claiming to have any interest, right, claim, share, or encumbrance over this land is requested to submit written proof within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice to the address mentioned below. Failure to do so will be considered as acceptance that no such interest, right, claim, share, or encumbrance exists or has been relinquished.
