Public Notice This is to inform the public that the applicant (1) Patel Pravinchandra Sendhabhai (2) Patel Shailesh Kumar Mangalbhai has applied for a title clearance certificate for the agricultural land situated at Survey/Block No. 339 in the limits of Rudalat village, Detroj Taluka, Ahmedabad district, measuring 0-96-11 hectare acres. The said land is in the possession and ownership of the applicants. Therefore, any person, firm, institution, financial institution, private or co-operative bank, nationalized bank or anyone else who has made a loan or given a loan or has done any financial transaction or has a mortgage lien, charge, burden or any other right in the said land, is hereby requested to file their objections in writing with proof within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice at the below address. If they fail to do so, their right or claim shall not be considered.
