This is to inform the general public that the owner of the land, Bahadur Singh Danubha Rana, located in the village of Sadad, taluka Lakhtar, district Surendranagar, has applied for a title clearance certificate/opinion. The land is located in survey number 197 (previously 442/Dhaiki 1/1/Piki 1), covering an area of 1-13-18 hectares. This agricultural land is subject to the following condition: 1. If any person, bank, financial institution, firm, etc. has any kind of encumbrance, charge, lien, or any other claim, right, share, interest, relationship, attachment, part, allowance, easements, rights, leasehold rights, debts, etc., or any claim, objection, or dispute on the said land or any part thereof, then they must, within 15 (fifteen) days of the publication of this notice, submit in writing all the supporting documents to the following address. 2.
