Public Notice This notice is hereby given to all concerned that our client, R.D. Vadodara, Sub-R.D. Vadodara (Division-5-Bapod), located at Savad, Survey Number: 269, TP Number 5, F.P. Number: 591, Sheet Number: 27, City Survey Number: 591, wishes to sell the immovable property known as "Kishanwadi", including the building, with building number 4/229, which is located on the said land. The area of the said land is 25.92 square meters. The said land has a ground floor of 25.92 square meters and a first floor of 12.96 square meters. The entire immovable property is currently owned by the heirs of Gordhandas Choitaram Shobhani: (1) Kavitaaben Gordhandas Shobhani, (2) Jitendra Gordhandas Shobhani, (3) Dipak Gordhandas Shobhani, (4) Jayshree Gordhandas Shobhani. The property was purchased by Gordhandas Choitaram Shobhani from the Deputy Executive/Executive Engineer, Slums Clearance Board (Gujarat Slum Clearance Board) under registration number 5066, dated 14/06/2005. The original registered sale deed and registration receipt (receipt for payment of registration fees) have been lost/misplaced/lost/missing. Despite several searches, they have not been found. Therefore, if any person/institution, etc., has any right, interest, or claim, lien, mortgage, easement, or other encumbrance on the said property, they must notify us in writing with documentary evidence within six days of the publication of this notice. If no objection is raised within the time limit, it will be considered that no person or entity has any right or interest in the said property, or if their right or interest exists, it has been waived permanently, and a title clearance certificate will be issued for the said property.
