Public Notice It is hereby informed to the general public that, the property located on the non-agricultural land of Final Plot No. 44 of TP Scheme No. 12, within the limits of Asarva village, Asarva Taluka of Ahmedabad District, Registration Sub-District Ahmedabad-6 (Naroda) and falling under the “Maruti Industrial Estate” of different sub-plots, which comprises of sub-plot No. A-19 of 7438.35 sq. meters and sub-plot No. A-20 of 7587.31 sq. meters, totaling 15025.66 sq. meters, wherein “Maruti Industrial Estate-1” Block No. E of 1343.42 sq. meters has been constructed, containing Private Sub-Plot No. 68 of 71.91 sq. meters and remaining land of 48.79 sq. meters, totaling 120.70 sq. meters and a construction of 71.91 sq. meters erected thereon, is owned by Patel Kapilaben Jayantilal, in her own individual right, in her direct possession, enjoyment and free from all encumbrances. The said property has been decided to be sold to our client and our client has demanded a title clearance certificate for the said property from us. If any person, bank, institution, corporation, etc. have any interest, right, charge or any other right in the above property, they are requested to inform us in writing along with a certified copy of the supporting evidence within 15 days from the date of this notice at the address below. If they fail to do so, they will be considered as having waived all their rights in favor of the owners of the property and the title clearance certificate for the said property will be issued and the sale deed will be executed and no objections will be entertained thereafter. જાહેર નોટિસ આથી જાહેર જનતાને જણાવવામાં આવે છે કે, ડીસ્ટ્રીકટ અમદાવાદના રજીસ્ટ્રેશન સબ-ડીસ્ટ્રીકટ અમદાવાદ- ૬ (નરોડા) ના અસારવા તાલુકાના મોજે અસારવા ગામની સીમના ટી.પી.સ્કીમ નંબર-૧૨ ના ફાઈનલ પ્લોટ નંબર-૪૪ પૈકીની બીનખેતીની જમીન ઉપર આવેલ મીલકત કે જે ““મારૂત્િ ઈન્ડસ્ટ્રીયલ એસ્ટેટ'” ના જુદા જુદા સબ-પ્લોટો પૈકીના સબ-પ્લોટ નંબર-એ-૧૯ ની ૭૪૩૮.૩૫ ચો.મી. તથા સબ-પ્લોટ નંબર-એ-૨૦ ની ૭૫૮૭.૩૧ ચો.મી. મળી કુલ ૧૫૦૨૫.૬૬ સમચોરસમીટર જમીનમાં પાડવામાં આવેલ “મારૂતિ ઈન્ડસ્ટ્રીયલ એસ્ટેટ-૧'' ના બ્લોક નંબર-ઈ ની ૧૩૪૩.૪૨ સમચોરસીમટર જમીન ઉપર પાડવામાં આવેલ ખાનગી સબ-પ્લોટ નંબર-૬૮ તી ૭૧.૯૧ સમચોરસમીટર જમીન તથા વ.વ. ૪૮.૭૯ સમચોરસમીટર જમીન મળી કુલ ૧૨૦.૭૦ સમચોરસમીટર જમીન તથા તેના ઉપર આવેલ ૭૧.૯૧ સમચોરસમીટરના બાંધકામવાળી મીલકત પટેલ કપીલાબેન જયંતિલાલએ પોતાની કુલ સ્વતંત્ર માલીકી પ્રત્યક્ષ કબજા ભોગવટામાં તમામ બોજાઓથી મુક્ત હોવાનું જણાવી અમારા અસીલને વેચાણ આપવાનું નકકી કરેલ છે અને અમારા અસીલે અમારી પાસેથી સદરહુ મીલકતના ટાઈટલ કલીયરન્સ સર્ટીફીકેટની માંગણી કરેલ છે. ઉપરોકત મીલકતમાં કોઈપણ વ્યક્તિ, બેંક, સંસ્થા, નિગમનો કોઈપણ પ્રકારનો લાગભાગ, હકક, ચાર્જ, કે અન્ય કોઈ હકક પોશાતો હોય તો તેની લૈખીત જાણ આધાર પુરાવાની પ્રમાણીત નકલ સાથે અમોને નીચેના સરનામે દિન-૧૫ માં રજીસ્ટર્ડ એ.ડી. થી કરવી. જો તેમ કરવામાં નહીં આવે અગર કસુરદાર થશે તો ઉપરોકત તમામ હકકો જે તે ઈસમોએ મીલકતના માલીકોની તરફેણમાં જતા "વેઈવ કરેલ છે, તેમ સમજી સદરહુ મીલકતનુ ટાઈટલ કલીયરન્સ સર્ટીફીકેટ આપવામાં આવશે અને વેચાણ દસ્તાવેજ કરાવી લેવાની કાર્યવાહીઓ કરવામાં આવશે અને ત્યારબાદ કોઈની કોઈપણ પ્રકારની તકરાર ચાલશે નહી.
