Scheme No: 72 and allotted Final Plot No: 31/1 and 31/2 with total area of 21064 sq.m., out of which Final Plot No: 31/2 with area of 5557 sq.m. Residential non-agricultural land belongs to Kirti Infra, a partnership firm, situated in Ahmedabad, the partner of the said firm claims that the said land is owned by the partnership firm, in possession, enjoyment, free from encumbrances and marketable. They have requested us to issue an opinion/certificate regarding the clear and marketable title of the said land. Those persons/banks/financial institutions who have any kind of claim, right, share, interest, relation, any deed, easement, revenue charges, any loan, maintenance, farming rights or any such claim on the said land are requested to submit a written notice with certified copies of all evidence within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice to the address mentioned below.
