MOJE: HATHIJHAN Jat District Ahmedabad Sub- District Ahmedabad's Vatva Taluka's village Hathijhan's Sim Survey No. E/1 land, which is included in TP Scheme No. 79, according to the Fa.Plot, 1700 square meters of non-agricultural land which is included in the City Survey, its City Survey No. NA6/1/p2 is given in which land, the eligible Fa.Plot No. 10/2, East direction 656 sq.m. non-agricultural land is owned by Kamlesh Bhai Babubhai Chauhan, in possession and enjoyment, It has been found that they have decided to sell this Fa.Plot No. 10/2, 656 sq.m. non-agricultural land to our client. The said land is free from all kinds of encumbrances, They have requested us to provide a title clear certificate. If any person has any kind of lien, right-interest, share, claim-alakh, debt etc. on the said land, then after the publication of this notice, within 10 days, written evidence should be submitted (objections without evidence will not be considered) we should be informed at the following address by registered post. If such intimation is not given then it will be considered that there is no lien, right- interest, share, claim-alakh, debt etc. on the said land and if there is any, it has been waived off.
