This plot is a non-agricultural plot. Its boundaries are: East - Plot No. 19, South - Road, West - Plot No. 21, North - Plot No. 22. The aforementioned property is an open plot owned and possessed by Shri. Haridas Popat Ghogare. The current owner of this property (plot) is Shri. Haridas Popat Ghogare himself. The current owners of the said property (plot) have agreed and accepted to permanently sell this property to our clients. The said owners have assured our clients that the property is free from encumbrances, risks, and liabilities, and have decided to transfer the said property to our clients by sale deed.
