This is a public notice from Advocate Yogesh Ishvarbhai Rana, residing in Vadodara, to all concerned. We hereby notify that a piece of land with survey number P4, located in Savad, Taluka Vadodara, District Vadodara, falling under TP Scheme No. 9, has been allotted final plot number 339. A society named Satyam Park has been constructed on this plot. Out of this plot, sub-plot number 22, measuring 101.80 sq. meters with a construction area of 38.35 sq. meters, is owned by Mrs. Hasumatiben Hasmukhlal Shah. This property is in her independent possession and enjoyment and its title is clear and marketable. Our client wishes to sell this property and has requested a title clearance certificate. Therefore, if any person or entity has any claim, right, interest, relationship, or right to maintenance or any other type of right or interest in this property, they must notify us in writing within 34 days of the publication of this notice. If no notice is received within the stipulated time, it will be considered that no person has any right, interest, or relationship in the property, or that they have voluntarily relinquished such rights.
