From Advocate Yogesh Ishwarbhai Rana residing in Vadodara, this public notice is given to inform everyone concerned that the land survey number P4 included in TP Scheme number 9 consists of Final Plot number 339 where Satyampark Society has been constructed. Among them, Sub Plot number 22 has an area of 101.80 sq.m and the construction area of 38.35 sq.m. This property, which is independently owned by Mrs. Hasumatiben Hasmukhlal Shah and whose title, marketability, and clarity are being claimed, is intended for sale, which is why we have demanded a Title Clearance Certificate from our client. Any person or organization having any interest, share, entitlement, or connection to this property due to maintenance or otherwise has rights that should notify us in writing within 164 days from the publication of this public notice. If no communication is received within the stipulated period, it will be considered that no such claims or interests exist, or any such rights are voluntarily relinquished. A Title Clearance Certificate will be provided, and our client will complete the sale procedures. Note this as instructed and ordered by our client.
