Public Notice This is to inform the public that, Surabhi Gunjan Mittal and Niva Pratik Mittal, both residing in Ahmedabad, have applied for a title clearance certificate regarding the 23974 sq. meters non-agricultural land situated in the village of Zalodi, Taluka Kadi, District Mehsana. This land is identified as new survey number 1286 (old survey number 6903/1) based on the village survey records. They claim that the land is in their full and joint ownership and possession, free from any encumbrances. As such, anyone with any kind of claim, interest, share, right or encumbrance on the said land, should inform us in writing with proof within 7 days of the publication of this notice.
