Vaghela, residing in Vadodara, are giving this notice to inform that the land with survey number 42 in the limits of Samani village, registered in the sub-district of Vadodara, District Vadodara, having an area of 1-10-28 sq.m, belongs to our client Girishbhai Natvarlal Shah, residing at Patel Vago, near Tower, Dabhoi, Vadodara. Appeals are pending before the Gujarat Revenue Tribunal under T.E.N./B.A./214/2009 and T.E.N./B.A./05/2009. Furthermore, a first appeal number 526/2017 regarding cancellation of sale deed is pending before the Honorable Gujarat High Court, and an appeal is pending before the Honorable Supreme Court under S.C.P. (Civil) number 16415/2021. Also, in the cases of S.C.A. number 2290/2015, S.C.A. number 2291/2015, L.P.A. number 1084/2016 and L.P.A. number 1089/2016 pending in the Honorable Gujarat High Court, orders have been passed in favor of our client. Despite this, partners of a partnership firm named 'Aavas Developers', are attempting to obtain a permit from the Vadodara Municipal Corporation by making false representations and false affidavits.
