Public Notice This is to inform the general public that Registration District Ahmedabad, Sub-District and Taluka Sanand, Moje Sanand, within the limits of Survey No.- 1708, Area- 6779 square meters, which is included in Draft Town Planning Scheme No.- 5 (Sanand) and allocated Final Plot No.- 204, Area- 4067 sq. meters, from the old agricultural land of which (1) Account No.- 9399, Area- 2160 sq. meters, which is adjacent to the Final Plot, area- 1296 sq. meters of land (A) Balvantbhai Dahyabhai (B) Ramesh Bhai Dahyabhai (C) Himmatbhai Dahyabhai (D) Renukaben Himmatbhai (E) Himanshu Bhai Himmatbhai (F) Sunil Bhai Himmatbhai (G) Aanndibhen Balvantbhai (H) Chandrakant Balvantbhai (I) Rashmikat Balvantbhai (J) Hiren Balvantbhai's and (2) Account No.- 6401 Area- 4619 square meters which is adjacent to the Final Plot, Area- 2771 square meters of land (A) Kanaiyalal Dahyabhai (B) Kantaben Kanaiyalal (C) Jyotsanaben Kanaiyalal (D) Narendra Bhai Kanaiyalal (E) Dilip Bhai Kanaiyalal, all Residents- Sanand, Ta- Sanand, Ahmedabad, have requested a Title Clearance Certificate from us, stating that they are in joint ownership of the land in accordance with their respective shares, and in direct joint possession, enjoyment, and free from all types of burden. Therefore, if there is any right, interest, share, claim, burden, encumbrance, rights under a contract, lispendens, lien or attachment against or over the above land, then they should inform us in writing within 7 days of this public notice being published, along with a copy of the evidence by registered post at the address given below, otherwise, we shall consider them to have waived any such right, etc. and issue a Title Clearance Certificate for the said land.
