Public Notice for Shivam Manoor

This is to inform the public that the registration district Ahmedabad sub-district Sanand, taluka Sanand, village Moje Sanand, survey no. 257/5, 3443 sq. m. of non-agricultural land for residential purposes, which is included in the City Survey Office Sanand sheet no. NA99 to City Survey no. NAR257/5, and whose area is 3443 sq. m. has been decided. This non-agricultural land for residential purposes, which is known as private plot no. 3 in the scheme named "Shivam Manoor", is the absolute ownership and possession of Mohanlal Ambaji Rajgor and is free from all kinds of encumbrances, as informed by our title clear, marketable and encumbrance free certificate, as per the demand of the title clear, marketable and encumbrance free certificate. If any person has any kind of claim, right, interest, share, or encumbrance on the above land, they are requested to submit written evidence of the same to us at the address below within 7 (seven) days of the publication of this notice. If they fail to do so, it shall be deemed that they have no claim, right, interest, share, or encumbrance on the above land, and if they have, they shall be deemed to have abandoned it. We shall issue a title clearance certificate, and thereafter no claim will be entertained.

TEE આથી જાહેર જનતાને જણાવવાનું કે રજીસ્ટ્રેશન ડીસ્ટ્રીકટ અમદાવાદ સબ- ડીસ્ટ્રીકટ સાણંદ તાલુકા સાણંદનાં ગામ મોજે સાણંદ ગામની સીમનાં સર્વે નં. ૨૫૭/૫ ની ૩૪૪૩ સ. ચો. મી. ની રહેણાંક હેતુ માટેની બીનખેતીની જમીન જેનો સમાવેશ સીટી સર્વે ઓફીસ સાણંદનાં શીટ નં. એનએ૯૯ તાં સીટી સર્વે નં. એનએર૨૫૭/૫ થી કરવામાં આવેલ છે તથા જેનું ક્ષેત્રફળ ૩૪૪૩ સ. ચો. મી. નક્કી કરવામાં આવેલ છે તે રહેણાંક હેતુ માટેની બીનખેતીની જમીન જે ““શિવમ મનોર'' નામની સ્કીમમાં આવેલ ખાનગી પ્લોટ નં. ૩ તરીકે ઓળખાય છે તે રહેણાંક હેતુ માટેની બીનખેતીની જમીન મોહનલાલ આંબાજી રાજગોરની કુલ સ્વતંત્ર માલિકી તથા કબજા ભોગવટાની તથા અન્ય તમામ પ્રકારનાં બોજા રહીત હોવાનું જણાવી અમારી પાસે ટાઇટલ ક્લિયર, માર્કેટેબલ તથા બોજા રહીત હોવા બદલનાં પ્રમાણપત્રની માંગણી કરેલ છે તો ઉપરોક્ત જમીન ઉપર અત્ય કોઇ શખ્સનો કોઇપણ પ્રકારનો લાગભાગ, હક્ક, હિત, હિસ્સો દાવો કે બોજો હોય તો તેઓએ આ નોટીસ પ્રસિઘ્ધ થયેથી દિન - ૭ (સાત) માં અમોને તે બદલનાં દસ્તાવેજી પુરાવા સહિત લેખીતમાં જાણ નીચેનાં સરનામે રજી. એ. ડી. પોસ્ટ થી કરવી. જો તેમ કરવામાં નહિ આવે તો ઉપરોક્ત જમીન ઉપર અત્ય કોઇનો કોઇપણ પ્રકારનો લાગભાગ, હક્ક, હિત, હિસ્સો કે દાવો કે બોજો નથી અતે હોય તો તે જતો કરેલ છે તેમજ સમજી અમો ટાઇટલ્સ ક્લીયરન્સનું સર્ટીફીકેટ આપીશુ અતે ત્યારબાદ કોઇની કોઇપણ પ્રકારની તકરાર ચાલશે નહીં. તા.૦૩/૦૪/૨૦૨૫ ડી. વી. દેસાઇ એન્ડ કંપની, એડવોકેટસ વતી હિતેષ ડી. દેસાઇ (એડવોકેટ) રાજેશ ડી. દેસાઇ (એડવોકેટ) પંક્તિ હિતેષ દેસાઇ (એડવોકેટ) પ્રિયંકા રાજેશ દેસાઇ (એડવોકેટ) ૨૬/એ, નારાયણનગર સોસાયટી, ચંદ્રનગર છ રસ્તા પાસે, પાલડી, અમદાવાદ ૩૮૦ ૦૦૭ ટે.નં. ૨૬૬૨૧૭૯૩/ ૨૬૬૪૨૦૨૦
