Public Notice This is to inform the general public that the non-agricultural land measuring 3064 sq.m, situated at Survey No. 257/7 of Sanand village, Sanand taluka, Ahmedabad district, for residential purpose, which is included in Sheet No. NA99 of Sauti Survey Office, Sanand and the city survey No. NAR57/7, and whose area is determined as 3064 sq.m, is owned and occupied by Kantaben Mohanlal Rajgor, the owner of this non-agricultural land for residential purpose, which is known as private plot no. 2 in the "Shivam Manor" scheme. All types of encumbrances are free. The property is free from all types of encumbrances and the title is clear, marketable, and free from encumbrances. A certificate of title clearance is being requested from us. If any person has any right, interest, share, claim, or encumbrance of any kind on the above land, they should inform us in writing with documentary evidence within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice at the address given below by registered A.D. Post. If they fail to do so, it will be understood that no person has any right, interest, share, claim, or encumbrance of any kind on the above land and that any such right, interest, share, claim, or encumbrance that may exist is waived.
