NOTICE OF TITLE CLEARANCE This notice is to inform that the land situated in the village of Moje-Sanand, Sanand Taluka, Ahmedabad District, surveyed as City Survey No. 3815, measuring 1097.8387 sq. meters, non-agricultural land, has been sold by Balwantprasad Ishwarbhai Patel and others to Satsang Bhilhakna 'A', a partnership firm, on 25-03-2025, under the registration number 7200. The partnership firm declares that this land is free from all encumbrances. The partnership firm has requested a title clearance opinion on this land.
