Public Notice for 404/B (Sanathal)

Public Notice It is hereby informed to the public that the non-agricultural land for the purpose of a godown measuring 4856 square meters from survey/block number 1207 within the boundary of Sanathal, Sanand Taluka, is included in Draft Town Planning Scheme number 404/B (Sanathal) and allocated final plot number 14 measuring 2914 square meters owned by Mariyamben Daudbhai Neva. They declared that this land is wholly owned by them, in direct possession, enjoyment, and free from all encumbrances. They have assigned us for the title verification purposes for selling it. All persons, individuals, agencies, banks, financial institutions or others involved in selling, inheritance, gift, license, possession, mortgage, lien, charge, trust, maintenance, easement, exchange, developer, builder, organizer, contractor, project consultant, or financier as a lease agreement, rent receipt, lease, power of attorney, possession agreement, order or court proceedings, or any documentation under previous family members/vendors, minors or predecessors in any direct or indirect claims or rights on the mentioned land need to make their claims known in writing with evidence within seven days from the publication of this notice at the following address. Otherwise, such rights, claims, or interests will be considered waived and a title clearance certificate for said land will be issued. Subsequently, no complaints will be entertained. Messrs. H. જાહેર નોટિસ આથી જાહેર જનતાને ખબર આપવામાં આવે છે કે, રજીસ્ટ્રેશન ડીસ્ટ્રીક્ટ અમદાવાદસબ-ડીસ્ટ્રીક્ટ સાણંદ તાલુકા સાણંદના મોજે સનાથલની સીમના સરવે/બ્લોક નંબર ૧૨૦૭પૈકીની ૪૮૫૬ ચોરસમીટરની ગોડાઉનના હેતુ માટેની બીનખેતીની જમીન કે જેનો સમાવેશ ડ્રાફટ ટાઉન પ્લાનીંગ સ્કીમ નંબર ૪૦૪/ બ (સનાથલ) માં થતા ફાળવવામાં આવેલ ફાઈનલ પ્લોટ નંબર ૧૪ ની ૨૯૧૪ ચોરસમીટરની જમીન મરીયમબેન દાઉદભાઇ નેવા ધરાવે છે. તેઓએ સદરહુ જમીન તેઓની કુલ સ્વતંત્ર માલીકી પ્રત્યક્ષ કબજા, ભોગવટાની તેમજ સર્વે પ્રકારના બોજાઓથી મુક્ત હોવાનું જણાવી વેચાણના હેતુથી ટાઇટલ ચકાસણીની કામગીરી અમોને સોંપેલી છે. સર્વે શખ્સો, વક્તિ, પેઢી, બેંક, નાણાંકીય સંસ્થા કે અન્ય કોઇપણ કે જેઓ વેચાણ, વારસો, ભેટ, લાયસન્સ, કબજો, ગીરો, લીયન, ચાર્જ, ટ્રસ્ટ, ભરણપોષણ, ઇઝમેન્ટ, અદલાબદલો, ડેવલપર, બીલ્ડર, ઓર્ગેનાઇઝર, કોન્ટ્રાક્ટર, પ્રોજેક્ટ કન્સલ્ટન્ટ, કે ફાઈનાન્સર તરીકે, કેબાનાખતના કરાર, ભાડાચીટ્ઠી ભાડાકરાર, પાવર ઓફ એટર્ની, કબજા કરાર, હુકમનામું કે કોર્ટ કાર્યવાહી હેઠળ, અત્ય કોઈ લખાણ હેઠળ કે કુટુંબના સભ્ય/સહવારસ, સગીર કે અગાઉગુજરનારના વારસદાર તરીકે કે મજકુર જમીનના જુના દસ્તાવેજો- ટાઇટલ ડીડ્સ બાબતે કે રેવન્યુ રેકર્ડમાં થયેલ વખતોવખતના ફેરફારો બાબતે કે બીજી કોઇપણ રીતે સદરહુ જમીનપર સીધો કે આડકતરો હક્ક, દાવો, કે અલાખો ધરાવતા હોય તેમણે તેની લેખિત જાણ પુરાવા સાથે આ નોટીસ પ્રસિઘ્ધ થયેથી દિવસ સાતની અંદર નીચેના સરનામે કરવી. નહિતર આવા હક્ક, દાવા કે અલાખા પર કોઇપણ જાતનું લક્ષ આપ્યા સિવાય અને જતા ( waive) કરેલા છે તેવું ગણી સદરહુ જમીનનું ટાઇટલ કલીયરન્સ સર્ટીફિકેટ આપવામાં આવશે. ત્યારબાદ કોઇની કોઇપણ જાતની તકરાર ચાલશે નહીં. મેસર્સ એચ. દેસાઇ એન્ડ કંપની એડવોકેટસ એન્ડ સોલીસીટર્સ, ૨૦૨, સેકન્ડ ફૂલોર, ટાઈટેનીયમ વન, રાજપથ ક્લબની પાસે, એસ.જી.હાઇવે, અમદાવાદ-૩૮૦૦૫૯ ફાઇલ નંબર-૩૮/૨૦૨૫/HHD/KHD
