This is to inform the public and all concerned that the land in the village of Sangapur, within the Mehsana district, Mehsana sub-district, with survey number 981 (old survey number 474) and total area 0-98-47, has been decided to be sold by our client. This land, encompassing 5.27 acres of agricultural land, is currently owned by Hasmukh Bhai Pashabhai Parmar and others. The land is completely free from all kinds of encumbrances and is being sold by our client. We, as advocates, have requested a title clearance certificate for the said land. If any person, institution, or bank has any objection, claim, dispute, encumbrance, charge, loan, mortgage, financial loan, or any rights such as gunot hakk (right to cultivation), khed hakk (right to grazing), gada hakk (right to road), banachithi (letter of agreement), banakhaat (agreement), or any other right, interest, or share on the said land, they are requested to notify us in writing with evidence within 7 days of this notice publication or meet us in person. Failure to do so will be deemed that no such objection, claim, dispute, encumbrance, charge, loan, mortgage, financial loan, or rights such as gunot hakk (right to cultivation), khed hakk (right to grazing), gada hakk (right to road), banachithi (letter of agreement), banakhaat (agreement), or any other right, interest, or share exists or has been waived.
