This is a public notice regarding title clearance for a piece of land located in the village Sangama, Padra Taluka, Vadodara District. The land in question is an old, agricultural land, with Block/Survey number 78 and 64, and a total area of 0-23-7 Acre. The owner and possessor of this land, Amin Hitendra Sharadchandra, claims to have independent ownership and possession of the land, which is free from any encumbrances and has a clear title. He intends to sell the land to our client and has requested a title clearance certificate from us. We, Advocates Bharat Kumar T.
