PUBLIC NOTICE This is to inform the general public that the work of title clearance has been entrusted to us for the agricultural land bearing Account No. 1145, Survey No. 452 / 2-59-00, admeasuring 2 Hectare, 59 Are, 00 Sq. Meter, with an assessment of 8.81, situated in the limits of Village Sargavala, Taluka Dholka, District Ahmedabad. This land is recorded in the revenue records in the name of Motibhai Nathubhai Lakuma, who is in actual possession and enjoyment of the land, and it is stated to be free from all encumbrances and legal disputes. Therefore, all concerned persons, individuals, firms, banks, financial institutions, other public or private institutions or authorities, or anyone else who has any right, claim, or interest on the said land in any manner whatsoever, including by way of sale, inheritance, gift, license, possession, mortgage, lien, charge, trust, maintenance, easement, exchange, as a developer, builder, organizer, contractor, project consultant, or financier, or through an agreement to sell, lease agreement, power of attorney, assignment agreement, possession agreement, settlement agreement, decree, injunction, or any other order, or under court proceedings, or as a family member or heir, or regarding old title deeds concerning the said land, or regarding changes made from time to time in the revenue records concerning the said land, or in any other way, must notify us in writing with their evidence within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice at the address given below by Registered A.D. Otherwise, title clearance will be issued for the said land without considering any such rights, claims, or interests, and it will be assumed that any such claims, if existing, have been relinquished.
