Public Notice This is to inform the general public and those concerned that the land registered in the Gram Panchayat Office, Village Pandesara, Sub-District Surat South, District Surat, under Survey No. 13/A, 13/1, 14/2, 15, 16/1, 16/2, 16/3, 21/1, 21/2, 22, 35, and 33/B + 114, which is also registered in the Surat City Survey Department as Ward Pandesara under Plot No. 4685, Plot No. 4687 to Plot No. 4732, and Plot No. 4397 to Plot No. 4406, falling under TP Scheme No. 57, FP No. 16/A, 16/B, 16/C, 16/D, 16/E, within the 'Maruti Industrial Estate' approved by the Surat Municipal Corporation, includes Plot No. C/18, of RMC Type, measuring approximately 16 feet x 140 feet, or 208.17 sq. mt., owned by Sanjaykumar Pravinchandra Khatiwala, and Plot No. C/19, of A-Type, measuring approximately 16 feet x 140 feet, or 208.17 sq. mt., owned by Gitaben Sanjaybhai Khatiwala. Our client, Vaidik Pravin Dudhat, has decided to sell Plot No. C/18, while our client, Pravin Kumar Dhanjibhai Dudhat, has decided to sell Plot No. C/19. Any individuals, banks, or financial institutions claiming any interest, claim, or right over these plots are hereby requested to contact us within 7 days of the publication of this notice with written evidence. If no objections or complaints are received within the stipulated time, we will assume that no such rights exist or that they have been waived, and after the deadline, we will proceed with the sale, payment, and execution of the final sale deed. જાહેર નોટીસ આથી લાગતા વળગતા અને જાહેર. જનતાને આ જાહેર નોટીસયી જણાવવાનું કે, ડીસ્ટ્રીકટ સુરત, સબ ડીસ્ટ્રીક્ટ સુરત સૌટીના મોજે ગામ પાંડેસરાના ગ્રામ પંચાયત દફતરે રે.સર્વ નં. ૧૩/અ, ૧૩/૧, ૧૪/૨, ૧૫, ૧૬/૧, ૧૬/૨, ૧૬/૩, ૨૧/૧, ૨૧/૨, રર, ૩૫, અને વ૩/બ +૧૧૪ વગેરેથી નોંધાયેલી જમીન, કે જે સુરત સીટી સર્વ દકતરે વોર્ડ પાંડસટાના નોંધ નં. ૪૬૮૫, નોંધ નં. ૪૬૮૭ થી નોંધ નં. ૪૭૩૨, અને નોંધ નં. ૪૩૯૭ થી નોંઘ નં, ૪૪૦૬ વગેરે થી નોધાયેલ છે, જેનો ટી.પી. સ્કીમ નં. ૫૭, એફ.પી. નં, ૧૬/એ, વ૬/બી, ૧૬/સી, ૧૬/ડી, ૧૬/ઈ છે, તેમાં આવેલ 'મારૂતી ઇન્ડસ્ટ્રીયલ એસ્ટટ' નામનો એસ્ટેટમાં આવેલ સુરત મ્યુનીસીપલ કોર્પોરેશન દ્વારા મંજુર કરેલ પ્લાન મુજબ પાડવામાં આવેલ પ્લોટો પકી રમે-ટાઈપ માં આવેલ પ્વીટ નં. સી/૧૮ થો નોધાયેલ પલોટવાળી જમીન, ક જેનુ સુમારે માપ ૧૬ કુટ x ૧૪૦ કુટ ચાને હેગફળ ૨૦૮.૧૭ ચ મી, થાય છ. તે ખુલ્લી પ્લોટવાળી જમીનના માલીક, સંજયકુમાર પ્રવીણરદ્ર ખાટીવાલા નાઓ છે. તયા એ-ટાઈપ માં આવેલ પ્લોટ નં, સી/૧૯ થી નોધાયેલ પ્લોટવાળી જમીન, કે જેનુ સુમારે માપ ૧૬ ફૂટ «૧૪૦ કટ ચાને શોબફળ ૨૦૮.૧૭ યો.મી. થાય છે. તે ખુલ્લી પ્લોટવાળી જમીનના માલીક, ગીતાબેન સંજયભાઈ ખાટીવાલા નાઓ છે. સદરહું લોટોવાળી ખુલ્લી જમીન પૈકી હોટ નં. સ/૧૮થી નોધાયેલ પ્લોટવાળી જમીન, અમા અસીલ, વૈદિક પ્રવીણ દુધાત નાઓએ વેચાણ રાખવા નડકી કરેલ છે, તેમજ પ્લોટ નં, સી/૧૯ થી નોંધાયેલ પ્લોટવાળી જમીન, અમારા અસીલ, પ્રવીણક્દુમાર ધનજીભાઇ દૂધાત નાઓએ વૈચાહા રાખવા નકકી કરલ છે. જો કોઈ ઇસમોનો કૅ બેંક કે નાણાકીય સંસ્થાનો સદરહું પ્લોટી ઉપર કોઈપણ જાતનો લાગ-ભાગ, દર-દાવો ક હક્ક-હીસ્સો હોય વો તેવા ઈસમોએ કે બેંક કે નાણાકીય સંસ્થાએ આ નોટીસ પ્રસિધ્ધ યયેયી દિન-૭ માં અમારો સંપક કરી લેખીત પૃરાવા સાથે વાંધાઓ રજુ કરવા, મૂદત વિત્યે કોઇ વાંધા કૈ હરકતો નહીં આવે તો અમારા અસીલ, કોઈના આવા હક્કો નથી, યા તો જતા કયા છે, તેમ માની મુદત બાદ પુરો વેચાણ અવેજ ચુકવી આપીને પાકો વૈચાણ દસ્તાવેજ કરાવો લેરો, ત્યારબાદ કોઈની કોઈપણ જાતની તર-તકરાર ચયાલરી નહી, જૈની જહેર જનતાએ નોંઘ લેવી ૨૧૧, ર૧૨, બીજો માળ, બલ્યુ સ્કાય કોમર્સ સ્કવેર, મારી મારફતે 'ભાટીચા કોમ્પલેક્ષની બાજુમાં, સોસીરએ 'સકંલ પાસે, ead aed જયંતિલાલ એમ. પટેલ (એડવોકેટ)
