This is to inform the general public and to caution that our client, Hasmukh Bhai Hansraj Bhai Patel, resident of 202, Suvas, opposite Meghmalthar, Nikol, Ahmedabad, hereby informs the general public as per his instructions and consent. Registration District Gandhinagar, Sub-District Gandhinagar (Zone-2) Taluka Gandhinagar, village Moje Sargaasan, land record number Rabdhanaservublock number 182/3, H-R-Chomi 0-77-79, that is 7779 square meters in size, valued at Rs. 4.06 paise, agricultural land owners, Dinesh Bhai Manabhai etc. decided to sell the said land to our client. A substantial amount was accepted as per the agreement, and an agreement was signed on 25-10-2024, which is currently in effect. Furthermore, with regard to the said land, our client has filed a suit in the Hon'ble Court of the Principal Senior Civil Judge of Gandhinagar, under Special Civil Suit No. 301/2024, based on his rights under the agreement. It has come to the notice of our client that the alleged individuals, in connivance with the original land owners, are attempting to sell the said land. In accordance with our client's instructions, we hereby inform the general public that no person, institution, or firm shall enter into any transaction regarding the sale of the said land or any other form of transfer with the aforementioned land owners. Despite our client's knowledge, if any person, institution, or firm enters into any transaction regarding the sale of the said land or any such transfer, the aforementioned land shall not be entitled to any legal rights whatsoever, and such transactions shall be deemed null and void and illegal. Our client will take legal action against such person, institution, or firm at their own cost and risk. This is a public warning given to the public.
