Public Notice This is to inform the general public that, Registration District Gandhinagar, Sub-district Gandhinagar Zone-2 and Taluka Gandhinagar, Village Moje Sargaasan, (1) Survey Number- 379/2, 2125 square meters of multipurpose non-agricultural land and (2) Survey Number-379/3, 2327 square meters of multipurpose non-agricultural land, which is included in the Draft Town Planning Scheme Number-28 (Sargaasan- Por-Kudasana), which has been finalized as Final Plot Number-101 of 1275 square meters and Final Plot Number-102 of 1396 square meters, which is included in the City Survey Record, City Survey Office: Gandhinagar, Ward: Sargaasan (Non-agricultural), Sheet Number-NA99 respectively, City Survey Number- NA379/2 and City Survey Number- NA379/3 have been allotted. This land is owned by a partnership firm named Param Infrascays, whose office is located at Samak-C/106, Amba Township, Sector-1, Behind Trimandir, Adalaj, Gandhinagar, on behalf of and on behalf of its administrator Partner:-Miken Vipul Kumar Shah, Resident-Ahmedabad, the partnership firm has full, independent, sole ownership and possession free from encumbrances. We have been requested for a certificate regarding the clarity and marketability of the title of the said land, so if any other person, bank, firm or institution has any kind of interest, right, interest, share, claim or encumbrance regarding the said land, then they should inform us in writing with proof within 7 (seven) days of this public notice being published, failing which, any interest, right, interest, share, claim or encumbrance regarding the said land shall be deemed to be nil and if any, shall be deemed to have been waived.
