Public Notice PARAM BUILDSPACE, a partnership firm, with its office at Samyak C-106 Amba Township Sector-1, behind Trimandir, Mu. Adalaj, Ta. Ji. Gandhinagar, has applied for a Title Clearance Certificate for the following property: Land situated in the vicinity of village Mojesargasan, Taluka Gandhinagar, District Gandhinagar, being City Survey No. NA377/3, Sheet No. NA99, Block/Survey No. 377/3, measuring 0-R 19-22 sq.m., i.e., 1922 sq.m., agricultural land, which is included in TP Scheme No. 28 (Sargasan-Por-Kudasasan) and allocated Final Plot No. 98, measuring 1153 sq.m., non-agricultural land. This land is owned and in the possession of the firm. Therefore, this public notice is given to all concerned parties that if any person has any right, interest, share, claim, encumbrance, lien, easement, right of easement, development right, lis pendens, share, lien, charge, or encumbrance of any kind in the said land, due to which any objection arises, then such written information should be submitted to us with supporting documents within seven (7) days from the date of publication of this notice at the address given below. If such information is not submitted within the stipulated time, it will be presumed that no person has any right, interest, or share of any kind in the said land, and if any such right, interest, or share exists, it is considered waived. Based on this, we will issue a Title Clearance Certificate for the said land. After that, no objection of any kind will be entertained from any person. જાહેર નોટિસ જd PARAM BUILDSPACE નામની ભાગીદારી પેઢી, કે જેની ઓફીસ : સામ્યક સી-૧૦૬ અંબા ટાઉનશીપ સેક્ટર-૧, ત્રિમંદીર પાછળ, મુ.અડાલજ, તા.જી.ગાંધીનગરના, એ રજીસ્ટ્રેશન ડિસ્ટ્રીક્ટ સબ ડિસ્ટ્રીક્ટ ગાંધીનગરના તાલુકા ગાંધીનગરના ગામમોજેસરગાસણની સીમમાં આવેલ સીટી સર્વે નં.NA૩૭૭/૩, શીટ નં.NA૯૯ ્લોક/સર્વેનં.૩૭૭/૩) ની હેક્ટર૦-આર ૧૯-૨૨ ચો.મીટર એટલેકે ૧૯૨૨ચો .મીટરબીનખેતીની જમીન કે જેનો સમાવેશ ટી.પી. સ્કીમ નં.૨૮ (સરગાસણ-પોર-કુડાસણ) માં થતાં ફાળવવામાં આવેલ ફાઈનલપ્લોટ નં.૯૮ ની ૧૧૫૩ ચો.મીટર બીનખેતીની જમીન પેઢીની માલિકી તૈમજ ક્બજા ભોગવટાની હોવાનું જણાવીને અમારી પાસેથી ટાઈટલ ક્લીયરન્સ સર્ટીફિકેટની માંગણી કરેલ છે. સબબ, આથી સર્વે લાગતા- વળગતાઓને આ જાહેર નોટીસ આપી જણાવવાનું કે, સદરહુ જમીનના ટાઈટલ્સ બાબતે કોઈપણ વ્યક્તિનો ખોરાકી, પોષાકી કે અન્ય કોઈપણ પ્રકારનો હક્ક, હિત, હિસ્સો, દાવો, બોજો, અલાખો, ઈઝમેન્ટ, બાનાખતના હક્કો, ગણોત હક્ક, ડેવલપમેન્ટ હક્કો, લીસપેન્ડન્સી, લાગ-ભાગ, લિયન, ચાર્જ કે બોજો પોષાતો હોય અને તેના કારણે કોઈપણ પ્રકારનો વાંધો હોય તો તેઅંગેની લેખિત જાણ અમોને પુરાવાઓ સહિત આ નોટીસ પ્રસિદ્ધ થયેથી દિન સાત (૭) માં નીચેના સરનામે કરવી, જો તૈમ કરવામાં નહીં આવે તો સદરહુ જમીનમાં કોઈપણ વ્યક્તિનો કોઈપણ પ્રકારનો હક્ક, હિત, હિસ્સો પોષાતો નથી અને જો પોષાતો હોય તો તે જતો (Waive) કરેલ છે. તેમ સમજી અમો સદરહુ જમીનનું ટાઈટલ ક્લીયરન્સ સર્ટીફિકેટ કાઢી આપીશું. ત્યારબાદ કોઈપણ વ્યક્તિની કોઈપણ પ્રકારની તકરાર ચાલશે નહીં. તેની આથી સર્વે લાગતા- વળગતાઓએ નોંધ લેવી. સ્થળ : ગાંધીનગર. તારીખ : ૦૩/૦૬/૨૦૨૪ એફ.કે.લાખાણી, એસોસીએટસ્‌ એડવોક્ટસ્‌ ૬૦૧, છઠ્ઠો માળ, હવેલી આર્કેડ, સેક્ટર નં.૧૧, ગાંધીનગર.
