Public Notice Registration District Ahmedabad, Sub-District Ahmedabad-4 (Paldi) and in the Taluka of Vejalpur, village Sarkej, land situated in Survey Number- 241/2, area 3440 square meters, TP Scheme Number - 201 (Sarkej-Okhaf-Fatevadi-Sanathal) final plot number - 146/2 area 2064 square meters, which is included in the City Survey Office, Town Planning, Ahmedabad, Ward Sarkej (non-agricultural), under City Survey Number- NR241/2/2 area 2064 square meters non-agricultural land, Hardik Pradipkumar Patel, residence - Ahmedabad, has requested for a title clearance certificate on this land which is owned and in his possession and is free from all encumbrances. Therefore, if any person has any right, interest or share in the said land, then they shall inform the office in writing within 7 (seven) days with documentary proof. (Objections without proof will not be considered). If they fail to do so, then it will be deemed that no one has any right, interest or relation in the land, and even if they have, they have waived it.
