Public Notice This is to inform the general public that, registration district Ahmedabad, sub-district and taluka Dholka, village Saroda, block number 186, 13355 square meter, block number 187, account number 1016, 11433 square meter and block number 189, 2934 square meter, a total of 27722 square meter of agricultural land, the following persons: Rana ji Shivaji, Babu ji Shivaji, Kariben Pratapji, Mahesh ji Pratapji, Champaben Juvanji, Bhavana ben, the daughter of Juvanji, wife of Gajendrabhai Baraiya, Bhupendrabhai Juvanji, Rekha ben, the daughter of Juvanji, wife of Harshad bhai Thakor, Hira ben, the daughter of Juvanji, wife of Saleshkumar Baraiya, and Jagdishkumar Juvanji alias Juvanji Thakor, have applied for a title clearance certificate from us, claiming that they are the complete and joint owners of the said land and that the land is free from any encumbrances. Therefore, if anyone has any claim, right, interest, share, claim or encumbrances on the said land, they are required to inform us in writing along with the necessary documents within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice. If they fail to do so, it will be assumed that no other person has any claim, right, interest, share, claim or encumbrances on the said land, and we will issue a title clearance certificate for the said land.
