Public Notice This is to inform the general public that the following individuals have applied for a title clearance certificate for agricultural land located in the village of Saroda, in the Dholka Taluka, Ahmedabad District. The land in question is situated in Block No. 186 (13355 sq. m), Block No. 187 (11433 sq. m), and Block No. 189 (2934 sq. m), totaling 27722 sq. m. The applicants are: Rana Ji Shivaji, Babuji Shivaji, Kariben Pratapji, Maheshji Pratapji, Champaben Juvanji, Bhavanaben Juvanji (daughter of Juvanji and wife of Gajendrabhai Baraiya), Bhupendrabhai Juvanji, Rekhaben Juvanji (daughter of Juvanji and wife of Harshad Bhai Thakor), Hiraben Juvanji (daughter of Juvanji and wife of Shaleshkumar Baraiya), and Jagdishkumar Juvanji (also known as Juvanji Thakor). They claim to have full ownership, possession, and enjoyment of the land, free from any encumbrances. This notice is to give any individual with any right, interest, claim, or encumbrance on the land, seven (7) days from the date of publication of this notice to inform us in writing with the necessary evidence. Failure to do so will be considered as acceptance that no other person has any claim on the land. We will then proceed to issue the title clearance certificate.
