The sale deed has been registered with the Sub-Registrar's Office, Dholka under document number 8061. Since then, the said land has been in the possession and enjoyment of (1) Ronak Rajeshbhai Thakor and (2) Rajeshbhai Prahladhbhai Thakor. They have requested us to provide them with an opinion on the title of the land. Therefore, this is to inform all concerned that if anyone has any claim, right, interest, share, encumbrance, lien, or charge of any kind on the above-mentioned land, they should inform us in writing, along with supporting documents, at the address given below within 7 days of this notice. Failure to do so will be considered as evidence that there is no claim, right, interest, share, encumbrance, lien, or charge on the said land, or if there was any such claim, it has been waived voluntarily.
