Public Notice This is to inform the general public that pursuant to instructions received from our client, Ms. Geetaben Rohitkumar Patel, residing at Ahmedabad, has ownership, possession and enjoyment of Plot No. 8 in "Shri Haridham Co-op. Hsg. Soc. Ltd., V-3 (Karmabhumi Society)" situated on Survey No. 820, 821, 836 of village Naroda, Taluka Asarwa, District Ahmedabad. This property has been allotted to her through share certificate No. 170, bearing share Nos. 846 to 850 (five shares of Rs. 50/- each). The old stamp duty has been paid based on the said share certificate. The original share certificate and the order of the Deputy Collector, Stamp Duty Valuation Department-1, have been lost or misplaced and are currently not available as per our client's information. In view of the above circumstances and facts, this is to inform the general public that if any person has any claim, right, interest, share, connection or any loan or right from any bank or institution in respect of the said property based on the original share certificate, then he should submit a written notice with certified copies of all documents within seven (7) days of the publication of this notice to the address below by registered post.
