This notice is to inform that the property located at Sasyaana village, Surat City sub-district, Surat district, with revenue survey number 254, block number 150/B, east direction, having an area of 10,108 sq.m. Out of this land, 8428.15 sq.m. land is non-agricultural, with TP scheme number 22 (Sarthana Nawav), final plot number 6, which is part of the planned Gopnath Society. Plot number B/2, which is privately marked as plot number 82, with an area of 7.60 sq.m. or 64.88 sq.m., including 22.85 sq.m. for road, passage and common use, and all other rights and interests, was purchased by Vallabhbhai Chanabhai Kanani and Ramaben Vallabhbhai Kanani from Chaturaben Khimjibhai Beldicha on 20/01/2009 through registered sale deed number 9. Vallabhbhai Chanabhai Kanani and Ramaben Vallabhbhai Kanani are the owners and have direct possession of the property. The property is clear and marketable, and they want to sell the property along with all the rights and direct possession. However, the original registered deed of the property, registered deed number 4004 dated 15/10/2004, is missing due to negligence and has not been found despite thorough searches.
