Public Notice TP Scheme No. 85 (Sarthana-Pasodara-Laskaana) (Draft Valuation Proposal for Final Scheme) The initial scheme of TP Scheme No. 85 (Sarthana-Pasodara-Laskaana) has been approved by the Government. The process of finalizing the said scheme is underway. In view of the details/evidence submitted in accordance with the initial scheme, and considering the impact on the value of the land in the scheme area due to the implementation of the TP Scheme, and the benefits that the concerned land will receive, the rate of the original land and the proposed rates of the undeveloped and developed final land are proposed, as well as the compensation for the affected constructions. The concerned land owners/interested persons have been informed through written notice. However, if the notice could not be served due to their incorrect address or other reasons, this public notice is published. Within 7 (seven) days of the publication of this notice, the concerned parties are requested to carefully review the details of the final scheme proposal prepared by this office and submit their written representations regarding the proposed rates/compensation for the construction along with the necessary documents and supporting evidence to the undersigned officer, either in person or through an authorized representative, during office hours, except on holidays.
