The new survey/block number for the plot is 101 (previously under survey/block number 298), covering an area of approximately 16.35 hectares. The property, previously used for agricultural purposes under old conditions, has been claimed by Chaganbhai Shivabhai as his independent property, completely free from any encumbrances.
