Registration District Vadodara, Sub District Vadodara, Village Shankarpura, old non-agricultural land, Block/Survey No. 8/1, area 20268.00 sq.m. according to Jen 4-12, TP Scheme No. 28/A, final plot No. 263/2/1, area 12160.80 sq.m. according to final plot, owners are (1) Shri Vasudev Kanchanlal Patel, (2) Alkabehn Vasudev Patel, (3) Bhumikaben Vasudev Patel, (4) Pranav Vasudev Patel. They have decided to sell the said property to our client as it is clear and marketable title. Therefore, our client has requested a clearance certificate regarding the said property. If any person, firm, institution, financial institution or bank has any right, share, interest, share, charge, burden or encumbrance on the said property, they should send their objections in writing along with documentary evidence to us within 15 days of the publication of this notice. If no such objections are received, we will proceed further with the clearance certificate.
