The owner, Sudhirkumar Bansilal Kayasth states that the title of this property is clear, marketable and free from all kinds of encumbrances. A request has been made to us for a Title Clearance Certificate. If any bank, institution, or individual has any mortgage, claim or right on this property, they should notify us at the below address with written evidence within 7 days from the publication of this notice. If failed to do so, it will be assumed that there are no such claims or rights left post the above-mentioned deadline and we will provide the Title Clearance Certificate accordingly.
