Public Notice This is to inform the general public that Shri Vrajshayam Gokul Co-operative Housing Society Limited has proposed a scheme named "Green City" on the non-agricultural land of block number-424, including other block numbers, located in the limits of Mojeshela village, Sub-District and Taluka Sanand, District Ahmedabad. The society is requesting a title clearance certificate for the land of plot number-93, measuring 600 square yards or 501.67 square meters, situated in block number-424, as well as the undivided portion of land in the society's roads, pathways, and common plot, including the undivided rights in the society's common amenities and the society's share certificate, allotment, and membership rights. This land is owned and possessed by Chirag Vikas Chavchhariya, residing at C/701, Iskon Platinum, Bopal, Ahmedabad, with full, independent, and exclusive ownership and possession, free from any encumbrances. Therefore, if any individual, bank, firm, or organization has any kind of claim, right, interest, share, claim, or encumbrance on the aforementioned land, they are requested to submit written evidence of the same to us within 7 (seven) days of the publication of this notice at the address below via registered post A.D. Failure to do so will be considered as an acceptance that the aforementioned land has no claim, right, interest, share, claim, or encumbrance by any other person, and if any such claim exists, it has been waived.
