Public Notice This is to inform the general public that, in the scheme known as 'Green City' established by Shree Vrajshayam Gokul Cooperative Housing Society Limited, situated on the non-agricultural land of plot number 424, along with other block numbers, within the limits of the village of Mojeshela, sub-district and taluka of Sanand, in the registration district of Ahmedabad, Chirag Vikas Chavchariya, residing at C/701, ISKCON Platinum, Bopal, Ahmedabad, has claimed full, independent, exclusive ownership and possession, as well as enjoyment, free from any encumbrances, of the land measuring 600 square yards or 501.67 square meters of plot number 93 on block number 424, along with the undivided share in the land of the society's road, path, and common plot, as well as the undivided share in the rights of common facilities of the society, and the shares, allotment, and membership rights of the society. He has requested a title clearance certificate for the aforementioned land, claiming it to be clear and marketable. Therefore, if any person, bank, firm, or institution has any kind of encumbrance, right, interest, share, claim, or lien on the aforementioned land, then they should inform us in writing along with the evidence of the same within 7 (seven) days of the publication of this notice at the address mentioned below by registered post A.D. If they fail to do so, we will assume that there is no encumbrance, right, interest, share, claim, or lien of any kind on the aforementioned land by anyone else, and if there was, it has been waived.
