Public Notice It is hereby informed to the public that in the state of Gujarat, within the limits of the village Shela, taluka Sanand, block number 439, and an area of 8620 sq. m. of land is included under the Draft Town Planning Scheme Number 1 (Shela), which has been allocated final plot number 138 with a total area of 8620 sq. m. Ratnabhumi Developers Limited, who have requested a title clearance certificate from us for the mentioned land (hereinafter referred to as 'the said land'), out of which sub-plot number 1 has an area of 5518.37 sq. m. Therefore, all concerned parties who have any kind of interest, share, charge, burden or lien on the said land are hereby notified to make their claims known within seven (7) days from the publication of this notice by registered post to the address below. If not done, any rights or claims on the said land will be considered as waived post the period and no complaints will be entertained after the title clearance certificate is issued for the mentioned land. જાહેર નોટિસ આથીજાહેરજનતાને જણાવવામાં આવે છે કે, રાજય : ગુજરાત, ડીસ્ટ્રીકટ : અમદાવાદ, તાલુકાઃ સાણંદના મોજે ગામઃ શેલાની સીમમાં આવેલ બ્લોક નંબર ૪૩૯/પૈકી ર નીક્ષેત્રફળ ૮૬૨૦ ચો.મી.ની જમીન કે જેનો સમાવેશ ડ્રાફટ ટાઉન પ્લાનીંગ સ્કીમ નંબર ૧ (શેલા) માં થતા તે બદલ ફાળવવામાં આવેલ ફાઈનલ પ્લોટ નંબર ૧૩૮ ની કુલ ક્ષેત્રફળ ૮૬૨૦ચો.મી.ની જમીન પૈકી સબ પ્લોટ નંબર ૧ ની ક્ષેત્રફળ ૫૫૧૮.૩૭ ચો.મી.ની જમીન (જેને હવે પછી “સદરહુ જમીન' તરીકે સંબોધવામાં આવેલ છે)માં રત્નભુમિ ડેવલોપર્સ લીમીટેડના માલીકીપણા બાબત, તેઓ દ્વારા અમારી સમક્ષ ટાઈટલ કલીયર સર્ટીફીકેટની માંગણી કરેલ છે. સબબ સર્વે શખ્સો કે જેમનો સદરહુ જમીનમાં ખોરાકી, પોષાકી, કોઈપણ પ્રકારનો લાગભાગ, હક્ક, હિસ્સો, ચાર્જ, બોજો અલાખો કે લિયન ચાર્જ પોષાતો હોય તો તેઓને આ નોટીસ પ્રસિધ્ધ થયેથી દિન-૭ (સાત) માં તે અંગેના તમામ લેખિત પુરાવા સહીત નીચેના સરનામે રજીસ્ટર્ડ ટપાલ દ્વારા જાણ કરીવાંધો નોંધાવવો. જો તેમ કરવામાં નહિ આવેતો સદરહુ જમીનમાં કોઈનો કોઈપણ પ્રકારનો હક્ક, હિસ્સો પોષાતો હોયતો તે જતો યાને કે “વેઈવ' કરેલ છે તેમસમજી મુદત વિત્યે ઉપરોક્ત જમીનનું ટાઈટલ કલીયર સર્ટીફીકેટ ઈસ્યુ કરવામાં આવશે અને ત્યારબાદ કોઈની કોઈપણ પ્રકારની તકરાર માન્ય રખાશે નહિ તે જાણવું. શ્રીનાથ પરીખ વાડીયા ઘાંડી એન્ડ કં.
