O. H. S. Ltd. which is known as "Srushti Farm House." Of the plots in it, sub-plot number - 213 of 585.28 square meters non-agricultural land for residential purposes, Yogesh Maganbhai Shimpi has stated that it is owned and possessed by him independently, free of all encumbrances, and that the share certificate issued to him has been lost. Our client has decided to sell the said land and has requested us for a title clearance certificate for the said land. If any person or institution has any kind of right, claim, interest, lease, mortgage or encumbrance on the said land, then they should inform us in writing within 7 (seven) days at the below address. If they fail to do so, it will be assumed that there is no encumbrance or right, claim or right on the said land, and if any, it is all waived, and accordingly we will issue a title clearance certificate for the said land.
