Bangali (Lalbhai) hereby, on the instructions and at the request of our client, give this public notice and inform that, the old farm land of Survey Block No. 1185 (Old Survey / Block Number-320) 0-22-67 he.are. cho.mi. of Account No. 1752, located in Moje- Sherisa, Tal. Kalol, Dist. Gandhinagar, is in the independent ownership, possession, and enjoyment of Kushal Ratilal Patel residing in Ahmedabad. Except the said land owner, there is no share, interest, or any kind of right of any kind, tenancy rights, or any right of usage of the said land or any kind of burden, charge on the said land by any person, financial institution, or bank, and there are no claims or disputes pending or ongoing. The rights and title of the said land are clear and marketable and the land owner has demanded a certificate of the same from us. Therefore, if any person has any kind of share, interest, or any claim against the issuance of a title clearance certificate on the said land, then he/she should inform us in writing with the proof thereof from this date to the 7th day of the next month. If this is not done, then it is understood that there is no share or interest of any kind of any other person in the said land and if there is, then it is waived.
