Public Notice Regarding Title Clearance We, Hitesh A. Raval Advocate, on the instructions and request of our client, hereby inform the general public that; in the registered district of Vadodara, sub-district Vadodara, in the village of Sherkhi, block/survey number 3744/1, account number 839, with a total area of 1-30-51 Ha. out of which 0-43-51 Ha. belonging to Ghirjasinh Likhrusingh Rana, the owner of the old land with an area of 0-23-51 Ha. on the land of the aforementioned property, is in the possession and enjoyment of Dhirajsinh Bhikhursingh Rana. The ownership is clear and free of any encumbrances and our client intends to sell it to us. Our client has requested us for a title clearance certificate. Therefore, it is hereby notified that; if any person, institution, society, federation or other third party has any kind of right, interest, claim, share, burden, maintenance burden, or charge, or any legal proceedings are pending or if anyone has made any claims, or if anyone has made any writings or transactions regarding the aforementioned agricultural land, then they shall submit their objections in writing with documentary evidence to us within six days of the publication of this notice. Objections without evidence will not be considered. Please note that if no objections are received or if the facts are not found in the submitted evidence, then it will be understood that the rights mentioned above have been waived and a title clearance certificate will be issued for the aforementioned agricultural land.
