Public Notice Jat Registration District Ahmedabad Sub-District Ahmedabad-9 (Bopal) Tal: Ghatlodiya village, at Shilaj Block No-154 to 157, 158/A excluding 160, TP Scheme No-217 (Bhadraj-Shilaj-Sola-Hebatpur-Thaltej), for the land of the said block numbers, the final plot numbers allocated are: (1) 25494 sq. meter out of 105, (2) 2428 sq. meter out of 105, (3) 5160 sq. meter out of 105, (4) 4370 sq. meter out of 106, (5) 3933 sq. meter out of 108 and (6) 2125 sq. meter out of 106, totaling 43510 sq. meter of non-agricultural land, in the residential scheme named "GALA GOLDCREST", sub-plot number-22, 1648 sq. meter land and the unallocated 491 sq. meter area of common road-street and common plot land from the above land, totaling 2139 sq. meter of non-agricultural land, and all construction on the said sub-plot No-22, including the said property, is owned by Mr. Amit Sankalchand Patel, resident of Ahmedabad, and is in his direct possession and enjoyment, and is free from all disputes and encumbrances. He has applied for a title clearance certificate from us for the said property. If anyone other than the above owner-occupier has any right, interest, interest-relationship, or other right claim, charge, encumbrance, or any objection dispute etc., then they must inform us in writing along with certified copies of the supporting documents within 10 (ten) days from the date of publication of this notice. If they fail to do so, it will be assumed that they have no claim, objection, dispute etc., and if they have any, they have relinquished it.
