Public Notice This is to inform the public that Registration District Ahmedabad Sub- District Ahmedabad-9 (Bopal) Taluka Ghatlodiya, village Moje Shilaj, survey number 2331 Block number 875, 4654 sq. mt. Land, which is included in TP Scheme No. 405 (Shilaj-Ambli), final Plot No. 144 and whose area is 2792 sq. mt. has been finalized, is non-agricultural land for multipurpose purposes, Patel Dineshbhai Lalubhai's sole ownership and possession and enjoyment, and free of all other encumbrances. It has been stated that the title clear, marketable and free from any encumbrances, so we have been requested to issue a certificate regarding the same, so if any person has any kind of interest, right, interest, share, claim on the above land or encumbrances, they should within 7 (seven) days of this notice published, inform us in writing with documentary evidence at the following address by registered post. If they fail to do so, it will be considered that there is no interest, right, interest, share or claim on the above land or encumbrance, and if so, it has been removed and we will issue a title clearance certificate and thereafter no objection will be raised by anyone.
