Public Notice for TP Scheme Number 217 (Shilaj-Thaltej-Hebatpur-Sola-Bhadaj)

Public Notice It is hereby informed to the public that, in the area measuring 5059 sq. mt. of agricultural land under old conditions located within the limits of Mooje Shilaj, comprising of TP Scheme Number 217 (Shilaj-Thaltej-Hebatpur-Sola-Bhadaj), the final plot number 284 measuring 3035 sq. mt., out of which 30% undivided share of the land is owned and possessed by Vivekbhai Prahaladbhai Patel and 70% undivided share of the land by Chandreshbhai Somabhai Patel without any disputes or encumbrances. They have applied for a certificate from us stating the right title clear of their names over the said land. If anyone other than them, including any person, organization, bank, firm, etc., has any type of burden, right, interest, portion, claim, lien, dispute, or loan associated with the said land, they are requested to notify in writing with certified proof through registered A.D. post to the address below within 7 days. Failure to do so will result in issuance of a certificate confirming the right title clear in their names after the deadline. Note that no disputes or claims will be entertained thereafter.
