PUBLIC NOTICE It is hereby informed to all concerned that the property described in the following schedule belongs to its current owner Smt. Pratibha Santosh Bhagat, Res. Lane No. 1/C, Room No. 8, Jaybhavani Nagar, near Rohan Corner, Kothrud, Pune 411038, by virtue of her self-acquired ownership and possession. The current owners have finalized a sale transaction with our clients regarding the sale and transfer of the said property. The current owners have assured and guaranteed our clients that the said property is completely free from encumbrances and disputes. However, if anyone has any ownership rights, interests, claims, possession, tenancy rights, usage rights, agreements, deeds, sale agreements, mortgages, gifts, leases, liens, maintenance rights or inheritance rights, debts, charges, power of attorney, or any other type of right, interest, or ownership claim on the said property, they should meet us at the address given below within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice, present original documentary evidence, and satisfy us. If no one raises any objection within the said period, it will be understood that the said land property is completely free from encumbrances, disputes, and charges, and no one has any right, interest, or claim on it, and if they do have any such right, interest, or claim, they have knowingly understood and relinquished it. Our clients will then proceed with the sale transaction of the said property. Thereafter, no objection will be entertained, nor will such objection be binding on our clients.
