This plot is located in Ward No. 6, Sheet No. 246, City Survey Office, and encompasses 125.54 sq.m. out of Survey Nos. 2696, 2697, and 2698. There is a residential building constructed on this plot with a built-up area of 146.27 sq.m. The property, including the residential building on plot No. 1274/A/1, was purchased by Kitikumar Vasantrai Langalia from Dilip Kumar Atmaram Langalia, as per the Sale Deed registered under Registration No. 475 on 01/04/2002. Kitikumar Vasantrai Langalia is in possession of this property, including the residential building on Plot No. 1274/A/1, as the sole owner. He has decided to sell this property to our client and has requested a title clear certificate.
