Public Notice District Ahmedabad, Registration Sub-District Ahmedabad-5 (Narol), Vatva Taluka, Moje Village Shahwadi, Survey No. 191 (old combined survey numbers 191, 192, 196, 226, 227, 228 and 229/1), 55,883 sq.m. non-agricultural land for industrial purposes and the existing corrugated and RCC industrial sheds on it, known as “H.S.LANDMARK-11”, of which Part-1 Block (Sector) A, Plot No. 2+3, approximately 2394 sq.m. or 2002 sq.m. of land, including 1074 sq.m. of corrugated industrial shed on it, is owned and is about to be sold by our clients on behalf of and for the benefit of R.V. Denims and Exports Ltd. through its authorized Director Nipun Vinod Arora, subject to the lien of Bank of Baroda. It is clarified that the said property is the independent property of the said company and is subject to the lien of Bank of Baroda. This is to inform you that our client has decided to sell the said property and has requested us for a title clearance certificate. Therefore, if there is any claim, interest, share, mortgage, lien or any other claim on the said property other than the lien of the said bank, it should be notified to us at the address mentioned below in writing with supporting documents within 7 (seven) days. Failure to do so shall be deemed as no claim, interest, share on the said property.
