The partner of the partnership firm VENUS INFRA, located in Ahmedabad, has requested us to issue a certificate confirming that the said land is owned, possessed, and enjoyed by the firm, free from any encumbrances and marketable. We hereby inform all individuals, banks, financial institutions, or entities claiming any kind of charge, right, interest, relationship, legal document, easement, revenue charges, loans, or agricultural rights on the aforementioned land, that they are required to provide written notification along with certified copies of evidence to the undersigned office at the address mentioned below within seven days from the publication of this notice.
