Public Notice Registration in sub-district of Ahmedabad - 12 (Nikol) under taluka Dashakroi for land included within Town Planning Scheme No. 118, allocated Final Plot No. 110 out of which land Final Plot No. 110/1 is a total of 11741 sq.mt of which 5880 sq.mt (as per development permission approved by AUDA, Subplot No. 02 of 5882.05 sq.mt.) is considered non-agricultural land now owned by Beacon builders, is free from all encumbrances. Title is clear and marketable as reported. They have requested a certificate confirming the land’s clear title and its marketable status Any person or agency who has any right, interest, share, claim, or burden must notify in writing within seven (7) days with evidence (unfounded claims will not be considered), failing which it will be assumed that no person or entity has any right, interest, share, claim, or encumbrance, etc., and if they do, it is considered waived, and a certificate of title clearance will issued thereafter.
